How To Have Healthy Hair: Beauty

Healthy hair boost confidence level in human beings. Everyone wants healthy prettier hair.

So I'm here to give you all some tips on how to keep you hair healthy and richer. 

To start with oiling, hair needs oil even if you have oily hair it still needs oil. 

  • Always oil you hair for 3 minutes at least,but if you have long hair 5 minutes minimum. Making sure you reach from the roots to the end. 
  • Washing you hair requires a massage, when you wash your hair make sure instead of rubbing your scalp hard go in circular motion 
  • Conditioning your hair is the most important thing, always condition your hair because the conditioner has good added healthy oils
  • The hot towel, just grab a towel and throw it in the dryer before you go for shower, by the time you are done having shower; the hot towel will be ready. Use the hot towel and warp your hair in the towel for an hour if possible. 
  • When your hair is well dried bush the hair 
  • Wash hair every 2 to 3 days, remember washing hair daily doesn't give the sign of healthy hair.
