How To Reduce or Prevent Yourself From Wrinkles: Beauty and Skin Care

Diet is the most important method to reduce or prevent wrinkles. You can't just go to the grocery store and get what you want... of course you can! If you really are certain that you want to eat that potato chips and suffer from wrinkles.

But if you are concern about the wrinkles then start choosing healthy foods and drinks. Our skin is the largest organ in the whole body and it creates free radicals. The "free radicals" form when we breath and then the oxygen travels throughout our body damaging cells and causing wrinkles. There is no other way to stop wrinkles caused by the 'free radicals' but you can neutralize them. Just by eating greens and staying fit.

Home Remedy 

Cure your wrinkles simply by using essential oil, which can be lavender, rose or any other essential oil you know of. You will also need a bottle or something that you know which can spray. Then follow the steps.

1. Fill the bottle with a cup of water
2. Add 2 to 4 drops of an essential oil
3. Refrigerate over night
4. Next day, spray and then blot your skin with a towel.

You can do this every other 2 days... For example if you started today then tomorrow you don't have to, instead next day you can.

**But remember don't use daily because if you have pimples, it will cause you irritation and your pimples can worsen.


There is one other trick I know of which is Lemon Juice. The lemon juice can be used daily, just drop couple drops of lemon juice on a cotton ball and apply on the entire face. You are welcome to leave it over night.

**But if you have irritation by using lemon juice, just add couple drops of water in the lemon juice and then apply.

Also smoking and staying out of sun will help you from wrinkles!!
