What Is The Difference Between Sun Spots and Melasma?

Sun spots are small brown spots on any part of the body, caused by overactive pigment of sun exposure. They can verify in size. Either small, very small or big, very big.

Melasma patches occurs only on the face and the patches can be in the size of American quarter. * Melasma are mostly found in women who have darker skin. Its triggered on pregnant women or someone who is in birth control pills in combination with sun exposure.

** If you think you have melasma, apply sunscreen SPF 30 or higher to prevent patches from getting darker.
